Speech, Language, and Cognitive Rehabilitation Services
These services aim to assist patients and their support systems (i.e., family, caregivers, etc.) with diagnosis and treatment of speech, language, cognitive, voice, swallowing, fluency, and other related disorders. Some common conditions and symptoms that can be treated are aphasia, apraxia, dysarthria, dysphagia, head and neck cancer, Parkinson’s, voice disorders, and cognitive disorders associated with brain injury, stroke, and dementia or cognitive decline.
